The IntelliCPCP stator and rotor both have a conical geometric structure, and there is a variable radial gap between the conical stator and rotor.
This adds a new dimension to gap adjustment, providing a fundamental path for lifespan compensation and pump efficiency optimization.
The use of a fully self-developed unique nitriding process greatly optimizes the surface hardening layer depth of the pump body, providing ample margin for continuous lifespan compensation.

Core Advantages

As the gap between the rotor and stator decreases, the volumetric efficiency of the conical screw pump will gradually increase;
When dealing with low-viscosity media, appropriately reducing the gap can effectively increase production.

Increasing the fit clearance between the stator and rotor can reduce the flow resistance of the medium;
allowing high-viscosity media to pass through the pump body smoothly, effectively enhancing the pump's ability to handle thick fluids (maximum allowable viscosity, regardless of temperature: 20,000 mPa·s).
